Seminar 8:
Instructions for administering the Student Perception Survey:
In your SPS Folder you will find all the materials needed:
Self-Assessment:
1) Pre-administration Self-Assessment (take a photo and put in your SPS folder) then complete the "Reflection Questions" on your Exit Tickets document (found in Seminar Assignments Folder).
Administering the Survey to Students:
2) Mentor Teacher Administers the SPS using Google Form (It's the easiest).
Administration Window - March 31-April 8
Analyzing The Student Survey Responses
3) Teacher Candidate compiles and reviews your data on Google forms. Complete the Excel spreadsheet, email to [email protected]. Label document "studentname.xlsx"
4) Complete the Reflection (Journal Entry #4) questions, by Monday, April 11th. Include any thoughts your MT had on your data.
