What can I expect to get out of these fairs? Who will I meet?
You will have a chance to meet and give district representatives your resume. Determine districts you are really interested in ahead of time, get there early and get in line first for your #1 District. Some interviews and job offers have come out of these fairs and, at the very least they have met you face-to-face and have your resume on file. Your resume will go to the top if they have met you.
In order to know more about the fair – what districts attend, what to bring, etc. you will need to read through the information provided and visit their website. Each fair is a little different.

*Resume Template:
(this is a great one!! The only thing I would add is "Endorsements" either before or after "Education". Many times as I plowed through resumes that was what I looked for first to fill a position.)
