Topics/Agenda for our Initial Team Meeting:
Essential Question: As a Mentor Teacher, what are the opportunities, challenges, and scenarios to prepare our Teacher Candidate to step into her/his/ their classroom?
*The "Teaching" Experience ~ Co-Teaching Model
*Lesson Plans/my coaching observation sessions (5)
Please assist your teacher candidate with ideas and strategies to create an outline/plan for an effective learning session.
TC and I will debrief immediately after observation. If TC has teaching responsibilities for the next class period, it is the TCs responsibility to prep for Mentor Teacher for coverage while we debrief. Great practice in preparing for a sub!!
