Parent Teacher Conferences:
I am a HUGE fan of Student-Led Conference, so I'm a bit biased. Lots and lots of PROS to this concept if delivered properly! Also there's a down-side as well...mostly parents are not in favor of this format. So it takes skill, practice, prep, and time for parents to visit with teacher as well.
